Background
Working with influential and visionary people always make for an incredibly collaborative piece of work. Spring 2008, we were approached by the Mintbrook development team and ultimately commissioned to create documentary style video about an idea for a community not yet completed but laid out on paper. The project's goal: Create a high impact video that would appeal to residents of Warrenton, VA to show them the benefits of such a unique community.
Implementation
The location for the production was Kentlands in Gaithersburg, MD. Principal photography was a four day schedule. Post-producion services: offline editorial, sound design, sound mix, and color grading were wrapped up two months later.
